HR specialist should not be able to see Performance documents of their managers

We have one role custom HR Specialists which inherits seeded HR specialists role.

Custom HR Specialist can view their manager's performance documents through Me → My Organization, and we don't want that.

Is there any way we can achieve that? Please let me know
