Redwood Issue: Job Requisition Posting Time zone not showing preferred data

With redwood enabled in Job Requisition details and Posting page, within the External Career Sites section, the Time Zone appears blank even if the user preferences are updated with a specific time zone for an example - CT or IST.

For Internal Career Site posting - the time zone is pre-selected as (UTC +0)

Preferences -

Did anyone face this and let me know in case you found any fixes for this oddity.
