Coverage end date is not being updated upon rehire in benefit plans
Summary:
When an employee has been rehired, the employee's benefit plan becomes multiple as previous benefit plan coverage end date is not being updated.
Had a requirement of +1 year for the end date after termination but needs -1 day when rehired of same year.
The fast formula for +1 year is working but how can it override the coverage end date once rehired?
Can you provide a DBI for previous coverage end date and is it possible to update it via fast formula?
