Redwood performance document page is quite jumpy / glitchy

Summary:

Is anyone else finding performance document page in Redwood glitchy? As an employee or manager navigates through the document, the page skips around, creating a poor user experience. For example if someone clicks on the 'see more' link for a goal, the main page jumps to another part. The side drawer does open, but the user then has to scroll back to where they were on the page previously.
