Certification requirement for plan with multiple options

Summary:

We need guidance with the configuration of benefits certifications for plans with multiple options

Problem

Our requirement is to configure a plan with multiple options where the certification is only at plan level, thus the employee adds only one certification to have access to all the options in the plan.

We have configured the certification at plan level but when testing, the certification and action items are generated for all options instead of only the plan
