Goal Plan assigned to incorrect Eligibility Profile causing Issue?

Summary:

A goal plan was created and was assigned an Eligibility profile (fast Formula).

The goal plan was then deleted but then an additional section was seen (summary) from the previous goal plan.

Currently, the performance is manually deleted and push to remove the additional section

Is there any method to get the list of employees who are eligible for the goal plan based on the attached formula?
