24D Recruiting Booster - Configure Recipient Emails for Candidate Replies to Auto-Generated Emails
Summary:
Hi Everyone,
We have activated the "Hiring team notifications for replies to Automated emails" feature for both the Recruiter and Hiring Manager. However, they are not receiving the candidate's emails in their Outlook, nor are the emails visible under the "Messages" tab in the UI. We have scheduled the ESS Job "Process Recruiting Inbound Message" to run every 15 minutes.
