Feasible to check manager submits the evalaution before the employee

Hello Team,

I have a requirement regarding the feedback request process. We must ensure that feedback requests are sent to employees and managers simultaneously. We have marked the "Evaluation task performed concurrently" option in the process flow section. However, suppose a manager wishes to submit their evaluation before the employee has completed theirs. In that case, the system currently requires the manager to bypass the employee's evaluation to enable the submission. Please let us know if it is feasible for the manager to submit their evaluation before the employee completes feedback.
