How to update Amex Credit card for an employee

Summary:

We have an employee XXXXXXXX, she is an employee under the HK Business Unit. She was assigned a Singapore Amex card but when her first charge came through to Oracle,  it hit the "HK CC" company account name. We need to change it so her charges are hitting the "SG CC" company account name. 
Ordering her a new card isn't an option because it took over two months to issue her an Amex card. I don't think that would work regardless because the charges are automatically hitting the Hong Kong card when they are uploaded.

What are the options to update this setup and make this workable.
