Prospect details are not displayed in Redwood

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have added a candidate as prospect to the requisition through HDL. It's not displayed under requisition.

Requisition overview section is displaying Prospect count correctly and but the prospect details are not displaying when we click on the prospect count.

Also, receiving below error while accessing the candidate profile (Actvity tab).
