Has anyone used the 23D feature Prevent Updates to Calibrated Performance Ratings in Perf Documents

Summary:

There was a new feature introduced in 23D that prevents updates to performance document overall rating by using a system profile

ORA_HRA_COMP_CALIBRATION_STATUS_ENABLED

While this method locks the document from sharing while calibration is ongoing in compensation, I was not able to unlock the document and allow managers share document once the workforce calibration plan was approved and even after ratings were transferred to Performance. I even tried by changing the Calibration Status Column to 'Completed' but it doesn't unlock the performance document.

Does this feature really work. Any document/pointers will be really helpful.
