Knowledge Base Report - answers.updated field no longer working

I have an issue with a KB report where the answers.updated field is not being updated on some KB's and won't show up on the report.
Here's the audit log of one KB that was edited today, but it does not show in the report. Why is the edit date not showing in the top area of the audit log?
Here is another KB that was edited previously and the dates show in both the top & bottom areas of the audit log. This KB DOES show up on the report.
Not sure what's going on here and any help/feedback would be appreciated.
