Object workflow is not triggering immediately

Summary:

Hi, i have a requirement to send massive email for email campaigns. I'm using an application composer's custom object and object workflow to achieve this.

I configured my object workflow to trigger a notification every time a row is updated in my custom object.

I'm using a sandbox's groovy function to update row's data. I receive notification immedialty for first row i update , for second row i got to wait like 20 minutos to receive a notification from my workflow. What could be causing this delay in time response???
