How to add a text box in the new Redwood RSSP Page

Summary:

Unable to add a text box to a Create Request form on the Redwood RSSP Page. There is only option to hide/show fields via Business rules, cant find an option to add a text box through a Rule Set. Screenshot attached of the page sections where we want to add some free text.
