Which processes should be run to support redwood knowledge?
I have enabled redwood knowledge in one of our dev pods. The implementation guide (Oracle Fusion Service: Implementing Knowledge Management with the Redwood User Experience) says we need to schedule the Knowledge Content Batch Process to run once a day. Is this the only process we should schedule to support redwood knowledge? We are experiencing some unexpected behaviour, most notably articles created in classic ui are not showing in redwood ui. I’m wondering if this is process related. As classic knowledge is still enabled we are also still running the following processes, Knowledge Article View Aggregation and Knowledge Search Batch
