How can we alert the HM and Recruiter that a candidate has completed an RMI app flow that has been sent by email?

We are looking at a change so that when a candidate is sent an interview invite, we trigger an RMI flow by email to the candidate so they can alert us if they need any interview adjustments such - this is by filling out the flow with EIFs
However this is a useless change if the action of the candidate filling this out, does not alert the HM and Recruiter to action it.
