Using one search input for multiple fields

Hi All,

I'm trying to create a search that has one input but searches multiple fields.  In my example, I have a search input of "Cust. Service Rep."  It's meant to search for a person assigned to "Customer Service AI", "Customer Service AEI", or "Customer Service AFC".

I put all three in a OR logic node in the Logical Expression area of the report definition.  In theory, this means that when someone selects a "Cust. Service Rep." from the pull-down in the docked area of the report and searches, the report should look for those Organizations that have that person either in the first, second, or third customer service field.  However, in reality, no matter which person I choose in the pull-down, the results always show all organizations.

Howdy, Stranger!
