How can manager or even system admin access check-in for terminated team member?
We have a request from our HR department to get check-in documents for a terminated team member. Once a team member is terminated, leaders can not see their check-in. However, as admin, we can't see the check-in.
The only way we were able to do that is to reactivate the user access for the terminated team member and rest the password to access as the team member and then see the check-in.
Is there another easy way that doesn't involve reactivating the user access and impersonating the terminated team member's access?
