Record Limit 10000

Is there a way when pulling reports to set my Record limit to a higher setting? I'm really wanting to put this record limit to 50,000 or even 100,000 per page... but am not sure how this could be accomplished. Currently a lot of the reports I'm pulling back have over a million reports and I'm needing to pull back and export more than 10,000 per page.
