Dispute Withdrawal from Worklist

Summary:

Hi team,

In order to withdraw a dispute from approval, we need to navigate to BPM worklist> Administrative Tasks > Search for the dispute number> Actions> Withdraw.

But this navigation to BPM worklist comes through Application Implementation consultant role. We dont expect collectors to get Application Implementation, but they need access to BPM worklist to withdraw the disputes.

Can you please let us know how this can be done, how can Collections Agent/Collections Manager withdraw a dispute?
