The business is looking to change these three (company, Department and account) whatever here defaulted in Visa corporate card program. 

At Present:

The Expense Clearing Account- Presently it is 80.0000.200802.000.0000.0000.00.00000.00000.0000 & probably business is asking to change this. (The existing account distribution for credit card expense report transactions is to credit the default account string of 80.0000.200802. We need this account string to change to XX.XXXX.830900 where XX is the cardholder’s company and XXXX is the cardholders department.)
