Contact Effective End Date field not working in Life Event Data Changes
Summary:
We want to trigger a life event when the contact relationship ended. We used the effective end date field on the Edit Contact Page and enable it using page composer and then create a data changes using it. Upon testing the life event doesn't get triggered even if we put value and submit. Below is the setting of the data changes.
Column: PER_CONTACT_RELSHIPS_F
Table: EFFECTIVE_END_DATE
Old Value: No Value
New Value: Any Value
We also tried using Any Value to Any value but it is not triggering also.
