How to add benefits guide to review employee resources page using vb editor

How do we add benefits guide to review employee resources page using vb editor. When using global page editor I can change the link to the guide. For VB editor how do we add the link? Under Announcement add Benefits Guide Title and then hyperlink to share point folder path to access the file.
