Why is Enrollment Opportunity blank for New Hire LE
Summary:
When attempting to enroll in benefits, there is no enrollment opportunity.
Employee has two work relationships, two benefit relationships, and two retirement plans in one benefit program.
Enrolled in first retirement plan with assignment 309. Not able to enroll in second retirement plan with assignment 309-3.
Added another Benefits Relationship to the second work assignment.
Added an Eligibility Profile with Benefit Group and Legal Entity criteria. The Evaluate Formulas and Eligibility Profiles results return Eligible = Y.
Plans > Enrollment > Option - Employee > New Hire LE configuration:
Enrollment Rule Current - can keep or choose; new - can choose
Default Enrollment Rule New - default; current - same enrollment and rates
