Business Scenario: New vendor not re-uploading insurance certificate within the due date

Detailed Steps:

  1. New vendor uploads certificate of insurance at the time of onboarding. This gets approved and onboarding is complete
  2. As part of onboarding, insurance renewal date is captured in the qualification
  3. Before the renewal date, automatic notification is sent to supplier
  4. But even after the due date, supplier has not provided updated insurance
  5. Can PO go on hold automatically if supplier has not responded
