Cannot view the checklist via journeys mode.
Dear Team,
Currently we have enabled the oracle journeys and manually allocated a checklist for a sample employee. When we log from the employee’s login, the created checklist is appearing but it is not appearing as a journey under the “My Journeys’ option. Therefore we need to trigger this checklist as a journey template. This issue is only happening in the TEST instance. In the DEV2 instance, it is working properly.
We need to trigger the assigned journeys as below. Appreciate your support for this.
