All threads for an incident in a single line - with a twist!

Background: Someone deleted a contact which in turn deleted the incidents and threads associated with it. You've got a choice of paying OCS to restore the data or you might be lucky enough to be offered a restore site from before the contact was deleted. If you get the later it's up to you to extract the data and re-import it yourself. 

Creating the contact was easy as the data was just a few bits of copy and pasting but copying the incident data was a bit more tricky. This particular contact had 10'000+ incidents and each incident had a large number of threads associated to it.
