CUSTOM ROLE WITH VIEW-ONLY ACCESS TO GOALS

Hi Team

the client has requested that we create an HRBP role with view-only access to the goals created by another HR.

Do you know if it is possible to fulfill this request? If yes, which duties/privileges are necessary to enable view-only access to the goals?
