Calculate rate based on flat amount and not coverage

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement where the rate is age based and the rate should be calculated for a flat amount of 50k. The coverage amount for the plan is 100K, but only 50k should be considered when the rate is calculated.

Eg: Rate is 0.66 so the rate calculation should be 0.66*50000/1000; The coverage should be 100k.

Does anyone has any idea how to achieve this without a fast formula.

Thanks,

N
