Ability to Edit Performance Document Roles While In Use

edited Nov 18, 2024 5:23AM in Performance Management 1 comment

Hi,

Is there a way to change/remove/add Performance Role when the Performance Document is already in use (without deleting the performance documents that are already sent out/done).

For example, if we released the Performance Document already and people have submitted their review. However, we need to change 1 of the role from participant role to participant restriction role. Since the edit field under Performance Role is greyed out (shown below), we will need to remove the old participant role and add in a new one under Performance Role, then add that role into the Performance Document in use.

Howdy, Stranger!
