Hello experts, we are testing the transfer performance document for manager evaluation task feature. It seems that I can assign a performance document to anyone, but who should actually be able to perform the manager evaluation? For example, should an HR have specific privileges to perform the manager evaluation? should they be allowed to see the Performance apps under My client groups tab and/or under My Team tab? Should the employee who need to be evaluated fall into the HR cone of visibility? Thanks in advance for clarification. Best regards
