Can you help us to create a payment term on the basis of Shipment arriving in a location?

Eg:

NOLA = New Orleans.  We can take a 4% discount within 10 days of our shipment arriving in New Orleans. If we do not take advantage of this discount, then we have Net 90 to pay.

I know how we can create a normal payment term where 4% discount can be taken in 10 days, if not then who amount needs to pay within 90 days. But how to make it on the basis of Shipment arriving in a particular Location?
