Team Goals Center not opening for employees with multiple work relationships

Summary:

Managers who are currently on global temporary assignment are getting a spinning wheel or not able to see employees who report to them.

This is something that only seem to start happening after the 24D upgrade.

Additional Details:

Initially, the manager could only see a spinning wheel. Waiting more than 15 minutes and still doesn't load.

When clicking out of the screen then going back, it will load and allow to change business titles but is not showing any of their direct reports.

User should have multiple employees under their President Europe assignment (which is their non primary work assignment)
