How to assign benefits life event to bulk employee

Hi,

We are implementing benefits newly, we have created new life events for new hires however now we are manually assigning to check the enrollments. We want the life event to be automatically assigned now to the employees so they can test and see their enrollment.

Is this a process we need to run ? If so which one ? Or is there any other way ?
