Ability to search based on Skill in Candidate pool

Hi,
We are using responsive UI for Candidate pools and have a requirement where admin should be able to search the Candidate pool based on the skills or the Educational qualification they have. For example. Bachelor of Engineering or IT Analyst.
We do have a candidate with Bachelor's qualification added in the candidate pool and we should have the ability to search based on the same. But when we search based on Bachelor or CRM analyst, the candidate pool is not returning any candidates.
