Summary:

for single day activity, startime info via API has difference timezone when retrieved via OIC adaptor.

OIC adaptors are getting starttime in utc format but API REST is in MTD format. is this expected? since OIC adaptors uses subscriptions and events is thats why we have this conversion to UTC ?
