Succession Plan - How to customize the order of Readiness sorting?

Hi experts,

When we go from My Client Groups → Succession Plans, by selecting a succession plan we can see the section "Candidates".

As you can see, we sorted by Readiness, but it seems to sort the order alphabetically; is there a way to actually sort by custom order?

As you can see, in Italian version it uses another order and it's not even alphabetical, instead it seems random.

Is there a way to change this order?
