Reconfigure Existing Approval Rules

Summary:

I want to reconfigure requisition approval rules as per the new DoA. I have around 50 PRs still pending approval. What will be the impact on those transactions if new approval rules are configured and existing rules are no longer valid? I want to plan my approval rule updates accordingly for PR, PO, Negotiation and Award.
