Can we display the department of the Primary Point of Contact on the HR Help Desk Summary page?

Hi,

My client wants agents to be able to see the department of the Primary Point of Contact on the SR Summary/ Spotlight page (Somewhere in the red region in the screenshot below), has anyone successfully done this? I assume we need to create a custom field in Application Composer initially to then pull that into the Custom Layout in VBS but is this a custom Text field with Groovy Script embedded to show the department based on the PPOC or do we use a Dynamic List. Any support/ guidance will be greatly appreciated.
