EMPLOYEE SUPPLEMENTAL AND SPOUSE SUPPLEMENTAL - Suspended Status

Hi Team,

Good day. We had this issue about Employee and Spouse Supplemental. The guaranteed amount for Employee is$200,000 and $40.000 for Spouse. The employee initial enrollment for this plan is over the guaranteed amount and their documents (Proof of Health) has submitted and approved previously. However, those employees are still receiving the SUSPENDED Status. Kindly see screenshot below.

Based on our findings, we found out that there was configuration with the effective date of 01/01/2023. Is this can being the reason why the employee is still getting Suspended even though they had submitted it before?
