Require receipts for cash expense lines above specified amount

Summary:

We are trying to change "Require receipts for cash expense lines above specified amount" and "Require receipts for Corporate Card expense lines above specified amount" under the Receipt Requirement section of Manage Expense Report Template. But giving a future date isn't working.
