Agreement FYI Notification when used on a Requisition

Create a FYI notification or approval required workflow to the Dept Contract Manager when their Agreement is used on a requisition

We are investigating if we can create an approval workflow that would send a FYI or Approval required, when a requisition is submitted using an AGM that belongs to a Dept Contract Manager.

In our Additional Information section of the Create Agreement page we have a field to collect the Dept Contract Manager name. Our Contract Managers would like to be notified when one of their AGM's is used. This is to avoid the wrong AGM being used by a requester.
