Why am I unable to see my Master Org for Item type Failure Set Association?

Summary:

I cannot choose my Master Org when trying to create an Item type Association in a Failure Set.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

A few things to note:

  1. My Master Org (EAMMSTRORG) is set up as the Default Master Organization for Maintenance Management in the Additional Parameters of the Maintenance Setup
  2. I have all the correct roles and data access
  3. The Root Item Class security access has been created for the Product Manager and Product Data Steward Roles
