Feedback Provided - to identify difference between question and answer

Hi,

When Peer provides feedback, requested Employee can see the provided Feedback. While viewing provided feedback, user not able to identify difference between Question and Answer.

Is there a possibility to make question and answer with different colour.

For example, let's say
'Be Customer-Obsessed: Exceed Expectations:' - Question
'The ability to prioritize the needs of internal and external customer, actively seeking feedback, and applying to changing expectations.' - Description
'Not demonstrating' - Answer

want to identify difference between these.
Navigation: Me --> Show more --> Feedback(VBCS)

Any help would be appreciated.
