How can pin value in the filter in current job page from ME

Dears,

How can we pin the filter value when opening the "Current Jobs" page, as shown in the attached image?

Additionally, is it possible to pin the "Show Filter" option to be visible when opening the same page instead of having it "Hide Filters"?
