Custom Integration - Assessment URL

Our customer prefers candidates to access Assessments through MyApplications—>Active Job Applications—>Requisition Title
[Ready for Assessment] in the External Careersite. Existing API added is not allowing and sending an error against the URL "You exceeded the character limit".
The above step is more from a better Candidate Experience.
