Mass Terminate Covered Level Line in Subscription

We are in process of migrating Service Contracts from EBS to Fusion as Subscriptions through Import Management.

In EBS, the active contracts have terminated lines for assets which the client want to migrate as well.

How do I migrate such terminated lines to Subscriptions?

While creating the subscriptions in draft status - close date, credit method, close reason were passed for covered level. However on activation of subscription the line still remains active.
