Relable 'Evaluate' button in Performance document with a specific performance template

We are trying to Relabel the evaluate button in performance document instead of 'Evaluate' we want to label it 'Sign- Off' in the employees page for performance document with a specific performance template not for all templates.
When trying to achieve that using page composer it didn't work because it relabeled it for all performance documents instead of just the performance documents with the specific performance template.
can we fix this issue and achieve this ? if not what's the possible workaround for this?
