Change Labels on Next Gen Supplier Self Service Registration (Redwood UI)

Need to change a few labels within the new Next Generation Supplier Self Service Registration (mandated in
25A) that is in the Redwood Ul, also need to add 'help' or 'hover' text as what could be done with Page
Composer - is there a way to accomplish this within Redwood?

Field labels to change ONLY on Supplier Registration Pages (for example):
• Taxpayer ID
• Tax Registration Number
• Note to Approver (Company Details)

Need to add hover/help text to the above fields as well, to assist the supplier in entering data.
