Unable to log in to Oracle Cloud

After logging in today, I was redirected to the password change page. I accidentally closed the webpage and tried to log in again but it showed an incorrect password.

I forgot my Oracle Cloud password and my email is no longer available.

But I can still use my phone number and credit card.

My cloud account is zhoucy666
